Why don't I see prices?
No price is published until a catalog record is verified. Every catalog item is under offering review; when an offering is approved, its verified price will be shown at the point of purchase in Odyssey.
Is anything for sale right now?
Not yet. All 18 catalog items are under offering review. Nothing is for sale until its offering completes review in the official Odyssey Marketplace. Catalog listings are information only and are not an offer for sale.
How do I know an item is eligible before I buy it?
For TEFA, purchase only offerings shown as available in the official Odyssey Marketplace. Each offering is reviewed separately; a vendor approval alone does not approve every item displayed on a vendor website.
Why is there no checkout button?
TEFA purchases happen in Odyssey. Direct checkout remains disabled until pricing, fulfillment, shipping, returns, and payment are configured. This site never collects payment or program account information.
Can I buy without using program funds?
Direct purchase is planned but not active. No card information is collected on this site. A direct purchase path will open only for verified retail products, separate from TEFA and PDSES/ClassWallet.
What ages are these for?
Broadly 3–18, graded by readiness rather than grade level. See Shop by Age for the Mission Timeline bands and supervision notes.
What is the Mission Guide?
A guided selector on the homepage. It asks who you're shopping for, the age band, and the main goal, then suggests best-fit catalog items and builds a starter list you can email us. It is rule-based, not a chatbot, and it never collects payment.
Do you make an environmental claim on purchases?
No active environmental percentage, offset, donation, or shipping claim is included in a sale. Any future program will require written terms and supporting records.
What's your returns policy?
No general return promise is active yet. TEFA purchases follow Odyssey's terms; a direct retail policy will be published before that channel opens. See Shipping & Returns.
